Availability, lineups, a win projection on every line and every player's record for your USTA team. The captain pays. Players never do.
Projections
A chance on every line. A read on every week.
Import your team from TennisLink and Matchcard turns your own results, your NTRP ratings and each opponent's roster into a record for every player, a win projection for every line and a suggested card, with who can play, every opponent, the flight table and every team you play on right beside it. The captain gets a guide, not a guess.

Win projection
Every line gets a number. So does the match.
Each player's strength starts at their NTRP rating and moves with their own results for your team. A doubles pair blends both players and what they have done together. A line's chance compares that with the strength expected at that spot on the other team's card, from their roster and record, on a curve where a nine-point edge is about two-to-one odds. The match figure is the chance of winning more lines than the other side.

Suggested card
A card to load with one tap.
From whoever answered In, the model fills every line on the card, then keeps swapping players between lines while the projected wins go up. It also counts who has played least and rests who has played most, so playing time evens out. Load it, then change anything.

Who can play
Every answer, before you text anyone.
Players tap In, Maybe or Out for each match, with a note if they need one. The captain sees the count fill in, and can make the call for anyone who answered by text. Out players drop out of the lineup pickers on their own.

The table from your TennisLink team page, refreshed on its own. Teams level on wins are split by individual wins, then fewest sets lost, then fewest games lost, so the order reads the way the league reads it.

Your teams
Every team you play on, in one list.
Play on as many teams as you like. Home shows what is coming up across all of them, with your answer for each, and flags two matches on the same day before you double-book. Switch teams in one tap for the rest.
Projections, strengths and player rankings are estimates from your team's results, not official USTA ratings.

Team scheduling apps stop at who's in.
A team scheduling app
- Availability, In / Maybe / Out

- Suggestions that even out playing time
- Every player's record: W–L, singles, doubles, games won, partners

What's in it
Everything the team needs. Nothing it doesn't.
Home
The next match, and one question.
Next up: the opponent, date and time, a Home or Away badge, the venue and its address, and whether you bring a can of balls. Under it, one question: can you play? In, Maybe or Out, with a note. Then the card, once the captain publishes it. On more than one team, Home starts with everything coming up across your teams.
- In / Maybe / Out, with a note
- Home or away, the venue and address, one tap for directions
- Every team you play on, with clash warnings and a team switcher

Lineup editor
Set the card from the sideline.
The captain puts names on each line from whoever is available, with each player's NTRP and record in the picker, and watches the win % on every line and for the match update as names change. Publish when it is right; players see it the moment it is up.
- Suggest a card from whoever is in, built to win and even out playing time
- Clear a line or the whole card, and undo
- Publish, or take it down, in one tap

Schedule
Every week, in one scroll.
Your record and place in the flight at the top, then every match: home or away and where, WON or LOST once it is played, and your own answer beside it. Captains also get a bar on every week showing how many are in, maybe and yet to answer, against how many the card needs.
- Who can play, every week, at a glance (captains)
- Home or away, the venue, and who is visiting from where
- Jump to the next match

Roster
Every player's record.
Built from your own team's match reports: each player's W–L, singles and doubles, games won, three-setters and lines played, plus a 0–100 strength number that starts at their NTRP rating and moves with their results. Tap a player for their partners and every season.
- W–L overall, singles and doubles
- Games won and three-setters
- Doubles partners and season by season

Results
Every line. Every score.
Every match you have played, line by line from your own match reports: who played, who they faced, the scores, and a W or L on each line, with the venue and who brought the balls.
- Line-by-line scores, W or L on each
- Who you played on every line
- A retirement is marked with the score it stopped at

Opponents
Know who is next.
Every opponent in the order you meet them, with their roster and NTRP from their TennisLink page, a strength rating on the same scale as your team, their record and place, their home courts, and every opposing player ranked 0–100, with their record against you.
- Their roster, ratings and strength
- Every opposing player ranked 0–100
- Their home courts, one tap for directions

Standings
The flight table, in your pocket.
The table from your TennisLink team page, refreshed on its own. Your team is highlighted; tap any club for its record and your history with it.
- Refreshes each night and when a captain opens the app after a match
- Team wins, individual wins, sets and games
- One tap from any club to the head-to-head

Share the card
One picture. Everyone has it.
Publish the card and every player has it in the app. Share the card renders it as a clean square picture to copy or send through the phone's share sheet: Messages, WhatsApp, Mail, Photos. The group text finally has something worth posting.
- 1080 x 1080, ready for any chat
- From the match page or the editor
- For captains, the other captain's number and email, one tap to text

How it works
Three steps. One season.
The captain sets the team up
Sign in to TennisLink right inside the app, on USTA's own sign-in page in a slide-up sheet, and pick your team from the list on your TennisLink account, or type the team number. Matchcard reads the roster, schedule and flight table from your team page, your own match reports (home or away, times, venues, every line's result) and every other team's page in your flight (rosters, ratings, captains' contacts for captains only). It all happens on the captain's phone, and refreshes automatically each night and when a captain opens the app after a match. You can also tap Refresh anytime.
Players join with a code
The captain gets a team code to read out, copy or share as an invite, any time from their profile. Each player signs in with Apple, Google or email, enters it, and picks their own name on the roster. On more than one team? Join each with its code; there is no limit. Free, always.
Answer. Publish. Show up.
Everyone answers In, Maybe or Out for each match. The captain sets the card with the answers right there and publishes it to every phone.
Pricing
The captain pays. Players never do.
A captain's first team starts with a 14-day free trial, so the roster can be set up and everyone invited before a card is ever charged. Players use Matchcard free, always.

- One subscription, no reminders between seasons
Auto-renews. Cancel any time.
Both plans are auto-renewing subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play and managed from your store account. If a subscription lapses, the team stays readable and availability still works; publishing lineups pauses until it is back.
The captain pays for the team. Players never do. One subscription covers the whole roster, however many people join.
