Support

Here to help.

Matchcard is run by a small team, so you will get a reply from a person who knows the app. Most questions are answered within two working days.

Getting help

Email support@matchcard.app with what you are trying to do and what you see instead. If it concerns a particular team, include the team name or USTA team number. Before writing, it is worth a look at the FAQ, which covers who pays, the free trial, where team data comes from and what happens when a subscription lapses.

Reporting a bug

Use the bug report form. Tell us what you did, what you expected and what happened, plus your phone and app version. The more exact the steps, the faster it gets fixed. Screenshots are welcome by reply.

Subscriptions and refunds

Subscriptions are bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play and managed there, not in the app. To change or cancel one, open your subscriptions in the App Store or in Google Play. Cancelling stops the next charge; the current period runs to its end.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies, since they take the payment. Bought on a new phone and the team shows as unpaid? Open the plan page in the app and tap Restore purchases, or email us. Details are in the Terms of use.

Deleting your account

There are two ways to delete your Matchcard account and the data tied to it:

  1. In the app, open Profile and choose Delete account.
  2. Email support@matchcard.app from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by reply.

Deleting your account removes your profile, team memberships, availability answers and sign-in. If you are the only captain of a team, the team goes with it. Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account, and deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription; cancel that in your store settings first.

Your data

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@matchcard.app. What we collect, who can see it and where it is kept is set out in the Privacy policy.
